Board & Batten Siding
Landmark Lumber now offers exclusive pre-cut and pre-finished Board & Batten pine siding. With our ready-to-install Board & Batten siding, you can significantly reduce production and labor costs for your shed, barn, and cabin manufacturing.
Our Board & Batten is made from rough one-side Eastern White Pine, conveniently pre-packaged in units of 10” board / 2” batten or 12” board / 3” batten, with lengths ranging from 8 to 14 feet. Our product comes factory pre-sealed with Ready Seal Pro Grade Stain and Sealer in one of 5 semi-transparent colors, ensuring easy installation upon delivery to your facility.

Prefinished Pine Paneling
Landmark’s exclusive prefinished rustic pine T&G paneling is ideally suited for cabins, tiny homes, party barns, family rooms, any space where you aim to streamline construction timelines with ready-to-install paneling.
Constructed of Eastern White Pine in double-sided V-Groove / Edge & Center Bead profile, this ready-to-install paneling is available in 1”x6” or 1”x8” sizes. Each piece is prefinished on all sides with a custom factory-applied wood toner and stain in one of 4 standard colors. Custom colors are also available.

Thermally Modified Wood Products
Landmark Lumber is the regional distributor of ThermaPro Wood thermally modified wood products in the Mid-Atlantic region. Thermal modification uses a heat/steam process to remove organic compounds from the wood cells so they can not hold water, expand, contract, or provide nourishment for insects or fungi. This produces a naturally durable wood that is resistant to water, insects, and decay without the use of chemicals. Thermally modified wood, while new to the U.S., has been the exterior wood standard in Europe since 1990 due to its longevity, sustainability and chemical-free properties.
Prefinished Cladding
ThermaPro Wood Prefinished Thermally Modified Nickel Gap Wood Cladding can be hung vertically or horizontally as exterior siding, soffit or rainscreen and makes a stunning indoor/outdoor ceiling or accent wall. ThermaPro Cladding is a fully sustainable, eco-friendly, long-lasting natural wood building material.
Thermally modified pine is profiled to 1”x6” Nickel Gap Tongue & Groove and factory finished on all sides with CUTEK® Extreme high performance wood oil. Available in lengths from 8 to 16 feet, ThermaPro prefinished cladding arrives ready to install. Plus we offer a full line of matching trim and fascia boards. Customizations include dutch lap, shiplap, T&G and V-groove profiles, and six custom colors with UV protectant for color maintenance.
Prefinished Rainscreen & Slatting
ThermaPro Wood Rainscreen & Slatting can be used for vertical rain screens, privacy walls, shade screens, fences, and artistic detail providing shade, privacy, architectural dimension, and the warmth of real wood for any façade. Thermal modification extends the life and stability of real wood without chemicals, making it naturally resistant to rot, warping and insects making it the perfect wood slatting material.
Decking
Improved weather resistance and dimensional stability make thermally modified Southern yellow pine the ideal natural wood decking material. Thermally modified wood provides superior rot and insect resistance, along with a rich color that can be maintained with UV protectant or left to silver to achieve that beachy look, all without cupping or cracking.
ThermaPro Decking products are prefinished with CUTEK® Extreme in clear to achieve a silver patina. CUTEK® Colortones with UV protectant are also available.
